Need a different size?

If the size you ordered doesn’t work for you, you can send it back for an exchange within 14 days after delivery. You can also exchange it for a different item if you prefer.

Just make sure the item hasn’t been worn or used and is returned with the original tags and packaging. We’ll also need your order number or receipt to process the exchange.

We don’t offer refunds at the moment. Exchanges can be made for another size or for a different product.

To arrange an exchange, email us at support@1700teen.com and include your order number. We’ll take it from there and let you know what to do next.
